The main benefit of eucalyptus oil is its ability to relieve symptoms associated with colds, flu, and sore throats. It can help relieve congestion but also has anti-inflammatory properties that can help with muscle aches and pains. It is often used as an expectorant because it has antiseptic properties that help to fight infection. Additionally, Eucalyptus is an anti-inflammatory agent that helps reduce inflammation throughout the body.
