Bergamot has been used for generations to relieve tension, soothe skin, and renew cell growth. Bergamot is one of the few essential oils that can generate energizing AND a relaxing atmosphere. Bergamot provides a soothing effect while also detoxifying and cleansing the skin. It’s a good companion to Lavender and Geranium.
